What I build

Small batches, built to your pinout. If it's wire, connectors, and a drawing, I can probably build it.

AssemblyWhat it isTypical use
Sensor and instrumentation cablesShielded runs for load cells, pressure transducers, and thermocouples, with the shield terminated properly at the connector.Static fire test stands, DAQ setups
Power and signal harnessesBattery leads, ESC power, and sensor branches with real strain relief so they survive vibration.UAVs, rovers, robotics
Avionics bay wiringCompact harnesses for flight computers, recovery electronics, and telemetry radios.Student and high-power rockets
Custom cable assembliesPoint-to-point cables to your pinout: Molex, JST, D-sub, XT60, and more.Labs, test fixtures, prototypes

How a job works

Simple, fast, and documented.

  1. Send your drawing

A PDF, a sketch, or a pin list works. Include quantity and when you need it.

  2. Get a quote

Usually within two business days, with lead time based on parts.

  3. Build and test

Built following IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship guidelines and continuity-tested pin to pin.

  4. Delivered ready to use

Labeled, bagged, and shipped with a short test record. Local drop-off in SoCal.

About

I'm Ian Hilario, an avionics and electronic technology student at San Bernardino Valley College and an FCC GROL license holder.

I started Hilario Aerospace to build the harnesses small teams need fast, without big-shop minimums or long lead times. Long term, I'm working toward propulsion test instrumentation.
